The objective of the ADP training program is to provide our youngest players (U8) with an environment that promotes learning, creative thinking, problem solving, skill development and a love for the game.

The Longdale facility - home to the ADP players - is a beautiful all-grass facility, fenced in park with a clubhouse, restrooms, and a coaching education room. Over 200 players (ADP & Travel) play and train at Longdale on a weekly basis!

The U8 ADP program is a year-long developmental program:

  • Fall Season: August thru November

  • Winter Training: January/February

  • Spring Season: February thru May

Identification Session:

Sunday, May 20th

Longdale | 10428 Greenwood Drive, Glen Allen, VA 23059

2:00 - 3:15 pm

The U8 ADP will feature both an all-girls program & an all-boys program, with about 70 players total. The program organizes the players as a pool, not in traditional teams. This allows players to work with several different coaches over the course of the season and to work with players who are of similar ability developmentally.
