About Richmond Strikers Rugby

Richmond Strikers Rugby’s goal is to bring quality rugby programming to the greater Richmond area under the umbrella of the well-established and respected Richmond Strikers club.

Programming for the Strikers will resume in the Spring of 2019. The spring season is tackle only for grades 3-12 and practice begins in January and will be held twice a week. The games will run from March to May and the season ends with a state tournament in May. For a tentative 2019 Spring Schedule, click here

Rugby programming will also be available during the summer in the form of both tag and tackle and starts practicing in May. Games are in June and July with the season ending with a state tournament in July.

Richmond Strikers Rugby will be using fields at J. Sergeant Reynolds Community College and Glover Park, while indoor practices during the winter will be held at Sports Reality. Home games will be played at Dorey Park.
